Why does the “JT-” hotspot say there is no internet?
This is normal because the hotspot is only for local communication with the frame.

The device Wi-Fi hotspot whose name begins with “JT-” is used only for local communication between your phone and the frame. It does not provide internet access. Keep the phone connected until offline binding or the photo transfer is complete.
