Should I use cloud binding or offline binding?

Cloud binding enables remote transfers and sharing; offline binding sends photos directly from your phone.

Cloud binding

Choose cloud binding when the frame can use a stable 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network. Photos are sent through the Aurevian cloud, and device sharing and voice interaction are available.

Offline binding

Choose offline binding for a direct phone-to-frame transfer. The App wakes the frame through Bluetooth and connects to its “JT-” Wi-Fi hotspot. Device sharing and voice interaction are unavailable in this mode.

  • The “JT-” hotspot does not provide internet access.
  • If you are signed in and cloud backup is enabled, media can still be backed up when the phone has internet access.
