What should I do if AF-13 cannot connect to Wi-Fi?

Check power, permissions, the 2.4 GHz network, password, distance, and the selected binding mode.

Check in this order

  1. Confirm that the rear power switch is on and the frame is connected to power.
  2. Enable Bluetooth and Wi-Fi on the phone and move it close to the frame.
  3. Update the Aurevian App and grant all requested permissions.
  4. Confirm that the selected binding method is correct.
  5. For cloud binding, use a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network, recheck the password, and move the frame closer to the router.
  6. For offline binding, connect the phone to the hotspot whose name begins with “JT-” and keep it connected.

After completing these checks, retry binding from the App. Do not disassemble the frame or perform a factory reset unless the App or official instructions require it.
