Why is an image still visible after power is disconnected?
E-paper retains a completed image without continuous power.

This is normal. An e-paper display can retain a fully refreshed image without continuous power, so the last image may remain visible after external power is disconnected or the battery is depleted. This does not mean the device is still running.
