What should I do if AF-13 does not charge?

  1. Use the supplied power adapter and USB Type-C cable.
  2. Check the adapter, cable, device port, and wall outlet for a secure connection or visible damage.
  3. Move the frame to a dry, well-ventilated indoor environment at a suitable temperature and try again.
  4. If you notice repeated adapter protection, unusual heat, odor, swelling, or damage, stop using the device and contact support.
