Does offline binding upload my photos?
Direct transfer does not use the cloud, but enabled cloud backup can upload media separately.

During offline binding, photos are sent directly from the phone to the frame without a server acting as the transfer relay. If you are signed in and cloud backup is enabled, however, the App may separately upload media metadata and files for backup when the phone has internet access. Disable cloud backup before use if you do not want these uploads.
